Jared spent seven years as a derivatives trader at Credit Suisse in New York City before becoming a Vice President at Black Creek Group. He got his intro to real estate when he worked on commercial real estate financing transactions including launching an apartment developer in Mexico City. It is Jared’s mission to bring this experience to benefit Blue Pebble’s clients on the most important financial decision of their lives -- buying or selling a home. In his free time, Jared can be found on the golf course, shooting sporting clays, or “gracefully tumbling” down Colorado’s beautiful ski areas. In the community, Jared works with military veterans through the SEAL Future Foundation and also Denver's youth as an Associate Board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Denver. Jared graduated summa cum laude with a B.S.E. in Aerospace Engineering and earned an M.S.E. in Financial Engineering, both from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.

Jessica is a seasoned mortgage professional with over 10 years of experience. Prior to venturing into Mortgages, Jessica spent 20 years as a Health and Wellness Educator, and her extensive experience in both fields gives her a unique perspective setting her apart from her peers. One of Jessica's most significant strengths is her ability to connect with people. Her genuine, honest, and dependable attitude makes it easy for her to build strong relationships with her clients. She prides herself on getting to the root of their goals, allowing her to provide personalized solutions that align with their needs. Jessica seeks to build long-lasting relationships and become a trusted resource; her ultimate goal is to help her clients achieve their financial objectives while maintaining their peace of mind.

Director of Operations

Shelby is a Colorado native and newer to the Real Estate industry. She spent seven years as a Leasing Manager for a privately owned mineral holding company in Northern Colorado. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Northern Colorado. She moved to Denver in August 2019 and enjoys exploring her neighborhood and searching for new soon-to-be favorite restaurants. Her passions include cultivating relationships, reading, traveling, and music in any form. She is excited to break into the Real Estate industry and develop new, professional relationships.

Director of Recruiting

Cassandra is originally from Kansas and moved to Littleton in 2020 to embark on a new journey. For the last 3 years, she has honed her skills as a recruiter to create a streamlined interview process tailored toward each candidate, ensuring a seamless experience. Originally starting her recruiting career as a common labor recruiter, she moved into logistics then new commercial construction where she found her passion of helping others find their dream career. She is new to the Real Estate industry but is excited to take on a new challenge. She prides herself in creating and maintaining relationships with those individuals to make long-term professional connections and is very excited to continue that trend. She wants to empower those around her to be the best version of themselves while encouraging growth, perseverance, motivation, and aiding their ability to take the next step in their career.

In her free time, she enjoys exploring the beautiful state she’s moved to by hiking and paddle boarding with her three dogs and spouse. When she’s not outside enjoying nature, she’s happy to curl up with a good book, watch a new movie, or head downtown to catch a baseball game. She is thrilled to start her journey with Blue Pebble and grow with the company!
