Matt is a US Navy Veteran and the lead broker for Blue Pebble Homes. After his time in the Navy, he became a naval recruiter and enjoys connecting other veterans with work opportunities. His focus includes guiding clients through any type of real estate transaction, including but not limited to: first-time home buyers, investments, second-homes, listings, relocation, new construction, and land. He loves his profession and truly enjoys being a trusted adviser, agent, and negotiator for clients and teammates. In his personal time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife Kristen, their dog Nellie, and his family, and friends. He enjoys traveling, networking on the golf course, and searching Denver for the perfect Old Fashioned.

Tracie is originally from the east coast and moved to Denver with her Husband and dogs, 6 years ago. Before transitioning to Real Estate 2 years ago, she spent 12 years in corporate sales & marketing, along with restaurant management, and event planning. She earned degrees from the University of Maryland, College Park in Communications & Criminal Justice. She appreciates the beautiful weather and outdoor activity Colorado offers, along with its vibrant music scene. Her passions also include traveling and giving back to the community. She serves as a board member for several organizations including the No Kill Colorado organization, advocating for Colorado to be the safest place for homeless pets.

Justin is a Colorado native and joined the Blue Pebble team in 2022. After earning his Bachelors degree at Colorado State and further pursing his passion for law at both Marquette & Georgetown Universities, he spent seven years as a trust & estate attorney assisting clients through complicated legal and family issues in estate administration and structuring.

In his free time, he enjoys fly fishing, camping, traveling, exploring, trying new restaurants, and watching live music. He is excited to help people navigate the process of buying and selling real estate at Blue Pebble!
